One of our future plans is to provide a single point of contact for you for all things tech-related. This includes internet service, phone service, hardware, and software. As of November 2016 we are able to do just this! We are limited slightly as far as internet service management goes, but for some vendors (including Comcast) we are able to manage the purchase, payment, and support for your ISP.
In January 2016 we designed and implemented our own VoIP phone service solution. Housed in Level 3 and CyrusOne data centers, our servers are prepared to handle thousands of clients. Having a single company manage both the technical and phone services gives you an edge - there is one single call to make when you have issue and there can be no finger pointing. This means you get results quickly when it matters the most.
