Our Hosting Network
We currently provide services in 8 locations worldwide, all hosted in Tier IV datacenters. Those locations include Houston TX, Dallas TX, Washington DC, Los Angeles CA, Amsterdam NL, Singapore SG, Hong Kong CN and Toronto CA. Each location is powered by Tier 1 and Tier 2 transit providers for optimal network connectivity. All of our facilities utilize Cisco and Juniper network hardware along with UPS battery backups and Diesel generators for extended periods without local power. Our Houston and one Dallas datacenters are used mainly for VoIP / phone services. Due to this, some of the below varies for the Houston locations.
Redundanat ISPs
Each location had multiple routes to internet backbones which allows us to minimize downtime due to a single ISP issue. We monitor all switches are routers on our network and have failover equipment ready to be activated when needed. We do have DDOS protection running as well as IPS/IDS protection and traffic analyzers. By proactively monitoring our networks, we can ensure your website has the fastest response times possible.
Security
Proximity badge access and video surveillance are standard at the data centers we use. In addition to this, our servers are in locked cabinets and all have strict password requirements for accessing the systems.
